Frequently Asked Questions!
N’Gons are a unique system which will challenge users to think differently in the way they construct models – and also without the same geometric limitations which typical polygon-based construction toys have. Also, unlike brick-based construction toys, after two N’Gons tiles have been connected to each other, they hinge – this allows for further exploration and experimentation of the 3D shapes that can be achieved.
N’Gons are one of the worlds first STREAM toys, and are able to be used in teaching children aspects of each discipline: Science, Technology, Recycling, Engineering, Art, and Math.

We are also working on expanding our retailer network, however we are a very young company and this will take a while before we achieve a high level of market saturation. We will create a list of retailers where our product can be purchased from as our list of retailers becomes more prominent.
Our product only officially launched in mid-February 2026. We are an exceptionally young company. Because of this we are still in our infancy of working out shipping costs and getting distributors on board. Once we get a bit more traction locally in NZ, we will be able to look more seriously into supplying the N’Gons product to the broader global market!
While N’Gons are officially certified as 3+, the most appropriate target age group is 5-12+ year olds. We have seen our product used by younger children, but without a lot of guidance from parents the experience can be frustrating for them.
If you’re from a daycare or kindy and you’re wondering if this toy is suitable, the answer most likely to be a no – but this completely depends on the ages you’re giving access to. We recommend buying a Fidget set to try at home first before deciding to spend more on sets for ECE facilities.
So do we – wheels are in the plans too! For now though, wheels can be built using 6-sided prisms or 12-sided prisms, and they will only function for looks. Once we have the ability to invest in more tooling, wheels will become a functional part of the N’Gons system!
Yes! The N’Gons system is unique in the way it allows for many different shaped tiles which can be used together without causing the connections to malfunction. To date we have 268 parts designed and ready for their tooling – and over 400 being planned! Currently all the models and sets you see only use the first 4 elements in the N’Gons system.
