1. Improved Concept: Similar polygon-based toys exist, but they either contain a maths error which limits the integrity of their connections, or they solve the maths error at the cost of limiting function. Thanks to N’Gons unique patent-pending approach, as you scale your models larger there will be no compounding math errors between different parts – and you get the most functional polygon-based toy in existence to date. We call that a win for the end user!

2. Child Safety: Toy Safety is our top priority – which is fantastic because this makes quality and user experience our top priorities! The N’Gons toy product has been tested and certified against the ISO Standards: 8124.1, 8124.2, and 8124.3.
To further support how seriously we take toy safety, all of our toy part components are designed with very generous rounds to eliminate sharp edges.
N’Gons elements also do not snap when put under pressure – they bend and deform – but not permanently. Children who fall over onto an N’Gons model or pile of N’Gons have a significantly reduced risk of harm caused by the toy itself.
(Warning: N’Gons parts are not very useful for placing under windows to deter intruders! N’Gons elements also do not spend their nights planning how to best inflict pain to an unsuspecting parents foot – if you know you know!)

3. Recyclable Material: All standard N’Gons parts* are made out of HDPE! A massive amount of plastic ends up in landfill every day, N’Gons aims to mix our raw material with up to 1/3rd recycled plastic. This means less plastic going into landfills, while also giving us an excellent platform for educating children on the importance of recycling.

4. No Rare-Earth Magnets: Many polygon-based construction toys use expensive magnets for connecting pieces to each other – by eliminating the need for magnets N’Gons has significantly reduced the cost of our manufacturing compared to our competitors. Point of entry for the end user is much more reasonable with N’Gons – and you’re further helping the environment by reducing unnecessary mining for rare-earth minerals.

5. Intuitive Connections: Tile edges are labelled, letting users know exactly what edge length they have so they can correctly match it – or mis-match it how they like! A simple friction-clip connection is all it takes to snap two tiles together (with a very satisfying sound too!).

6. Variety of parts: The system to date has 400+ parts planned, 268 of those are already designed and waiting for their tooling to be machined. At it’s maturity, the N’Gons system will boast 3 different ways parts can be connected together – Clips, Pins, and Eyelets. The systems basic tiles are a robust foundation for further expansion into creative elements – such as leaves, feathers, rocks, and masonry – just to name a few!
